CAPC webinar explores community-based palliative care models
The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) will present “Expanding Palliative Care in Community Settings: An Introduction to the Current Landscape” on October 8, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern. Christine Ritchie, MD, professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and associate editor of Journal of Palliative Medicine, will discuss models for integrating community-based palliative care with post-acute, long-term care and home settings.
